1. Inner guide device

The outer guide device is usually composed of a side billet rod and a side billet rod seat, which is used to fix the position of the stretching billet rod. In actual processing, in order to improve the reliability and service life of the mold, multi-point support is usually used for fixation.
3. Pressure plate
The pressure plate is a key component of the deep drawing mold, mainly responsible for bearing tension and ensuring the shape and size of the parts, as well as being the main means of adjusting the mold gap. When designing pressure plates, it is necessary to consider their stiffness and load-bearing capacity, as well as the flexibility when adjusting the structure.
